Hey, I'm Rachel!
I'm a Clinical Functional Nutritionist who helps women identify and address the root causes of their brain and belly symptoms. From chronic low energy, to gut and skin issues, to horrible moods and anxiety, I know first hand what it's like to have your symptoms dismissed by providers and be told that "everything is fine" or "it's all in your head".
After years of personal experience and professional education in functional nutrition, I built Brain Belly Wellness to give women the comprehensive support and personalization they need to get back into the driver’s seat of their own health. I do not accept insurance at this time. In certain cases I can provide a superbill to you for possible reimbursement through your insurance company or employer, who may reimburse all or a portion of the cost.
I accept Flex Spending Account (FSA) cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards and health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) plans, which may cover the cost of services, supplements and/or labs.
When using FSA, HSA, and HRA's to pay for services, it is your responsibility to verify coverage for nutrition counseling with a functional nutritionist, labs or supplements. Your plan may require that you have a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your doctor.
To increase accessibility to services, I also offer flexible payment plan options.
Yes, but the depth and breadth of the work we do may vary depending on your state of residence. All sessions are conveniently provided through HIPAA compliant telehealth software, or by phone.
